Verify port dues, terminal calls and berths on the basis of verified AIS data. Real-time tracking, automatic port-visit logging and a digital sailing log — it started as a tool to verify port dues and grew into a fleet-monitoring platform.
Stop detection runs server-side and knows what it sees: anchoring, mooring or drifting, linked to the right port via a geofence you draw on the map yourself. On top of that it recognises the terminal you were at: 751 Belgian terminals and 360 Dutch terminals outside Rotterdam have an area around the actual berths, so a stop shows up as, for example, “Antwerpen · PSA Europa Terminal”. The port visit itself, and so the port dues, stays based on your own ports. Shifts within a single terminal are not counted as separate ports. Arrival and departure times come from the position timestamps, not from the moment of detection — so no more errors around midnight.
On top of that, a complete Dutch working-hours engine (modes A1, A2, NVT, with the 14- and 18-hour limits, rest times and block hours), fleet-wide compliance reporting, and export to Excel or CSV in Dutch or English — office-ready.

19 October 2026751 Belgian terminals and 360 Dutch terminals outside Rotterdam now have an area around the actual berths. Your stops therefore show the terminal, for example “Antwerpen · PSA Europa Terminal”. Port visits and port dues stay based on your own ports, and you can still draw your own geofences.
Smarter compliance reports
July 2026You now set when reports run and over which period. Semi-monthly reports and manual exports no longer overlap, so the same sailing or stop hours never land in two reports at once.
Quality control on port visits
July 2026A new review queue flags doubtful or incomplete port visits, so erroneous stops are checked and corrected safely before they reach your overviews and reports.

Voyage view in the sailing log

More robust AIS connection
June 2026The AIS data feed recovers itself after long silences and falls back automatically to a backup source for vessels that briefly drop signal — fewer gaps in tracking.
Automatic email reports per customer
June 2026Each organisation can schedule periodic port-visit reports by email, with a test button to check delivery right away. In-progress (not yet closed) port visits now appear in those reports too.
